CANCELATION POLICY

Availability is limited. Please be courteous! We require a 24 hour notice when canceling an appointment to avoid being subjected to a 50% charge of the booked service cost. Same day NO CALL, NO SHOW clients will automatically be charged for 100% of their missed appointment. It is the client’s responsibility to know the date and time of their appointment. However, we send reminders as a courtesy. Clients agree to these terms when booking an appointment with Authentic Ambiance.
