CANCELATION POLICY

Availability is limited. Please be courteous! We require a 24 hour notice when canceling an appointment to avoid being subjected to a 50% charge of the booked service cost. Same day NO CALL, NO SHOW clients will automatically be charged for 100% of their missed appointment. It is the client’s responsibility to know the date and time of their appointment. However, we send reminders as a courtesy. Clients agree to these terms when booking an appointment with Authentic Ambiance.

We understand things happen! Please call to let us know if you have to cancel, reschedule, or are running late for your appointment. Late arrivals can receive the remaining time left of their service. However, we cannot accommodate extra time and appreciate your understanding the importance of staying on time for all appointments.
